Great heroes and diabolical villains are the types of characters that people long to be—but not Cid Kagenou. He longs to become the true mastermind behind it all, pulling the strings, and having his machinations drive the entire story. In his previous life in modern-day Japan, he was not able to achieve his goals. But now, reborn into a world of magic, he will show the true eminence of shadow! As Cid pretends to be just another average mob character, he recruits members to his (fake) organization Shadow Garden, aiming to take down the mysterious cult who lurks in the shadows. With plenty of ad-libs, Cid leads his (fake) organization against the foul (yet surprisingly real) Cult of Diablos. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Death City is home to the Death Weapon Meister Academy, established by Shinigami—the grim reaper himself. Created to maintain peace, the academy trains Meisters and Demon Weapons—people who take on the form of a weapon—to defend humanity against evil. The ultimate goal of a Meister is to create a "Death Scythe" worthy of being wielded by Shinigami. To do this, their weapon partner must consume the souls of 99 wicked humans and one witch. Maka Albarn and her partner Soul Eater "Soul" Evans are two students who hope to make a Death Scythe. They are joined by the boisterous Black☆Star and his partner Tsubaki Nakatsukasa, as well as the perfectionist Death the Kid—simply known as Kid—and his partners, the twins Patricia "Patty" and Elizabeth "Liz" Thompson. These ambitious students all work towards becoming the ultimate Meister and Demon Weapon team, through misadventures, missions, and many class trials. However, many mysteries surround them, and as new enemies are discovered and secrets are revealed, Maka, Soul, and their friends must fight to protect the academy, Death City, and the world itself from enemies far worse than humans. The hero Kaito Ukei died. Blood seeped from his wounds, his body went limp, and the ones who he once called friends gloated over his death. Betrayed, Kaito was consumed by one thought: revenge. "The Age of Transmigration" is a concerning, worldwide phenomenon where people on the verge of death receive spam text messages about a life insurance package. With her life cut short, a woman receives the cryptic message before waking up in the afterlife. There, she is given a choice on which fictional world she would like to be reincarnated in. After dealing with many hardships in her past life, the woman desires to be a child in a fantasy romance novel, famously known for having easy-going plots. To her misfortune, she is transmigrated into Infinite Returns to Save the World—a story with S-Class difficulty, where death is a reoccuring instance. She awakens as Ailette Rodeline, the daughter of a servant who works under an aristocratic family. In the original novel, the next family head canonically abused the main character, leading toward the tragic ending of the entire household. Luckily, the woman's life as Ailette is not as doomed as she thought; without her knowledge, she had bought the insurance's full package. As a result, she is given an unimaginable amount of cash to spend on skills and other special items. In order to avoid Ailette's original deadly fate, the woman must become strong and fend for herself. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Final Fantasy Reishiki is set within a place called Oriens, which is divided into four nations: the Suzaku Fiefdom of Rubrum, the Milites Empire, the Lorican Alliance, and the Kingdom of Concordia. Each nation has its own emblem (a phoenix, two tigers, a dragon, and a turtle, based on the Four Symbols) and is blessed with a crystal that grants them unique powers: Rubrum controls the Suzaku Crystal containing the power of Magic, Milites controls the Byakko Crystal containing the power of Weapons, Lorica controls the Genbu Crystal containing the power of the Shield, and Concordia controls the Sōryū Crystal containing the power of Dragons. The Crystals have the ability to mark humans as their countries' servants. These servants, called l'Cie, are branded with a symbol and are given a "Focus"—a task to complete. However, while blessed with long life, l'Cie are cursed to lose their memories over time. A peace treaty is supposed to be in effect with the world's four countries, but Cid Aulstyne has sent his l'Cie soldiers to war with the neighboring countries. Conquering Lorica for its crystal, the Milites military focuses its attack on the Kingdom of Concordia and the Suzaku Fiefdom of Rubrum. However, for reasons unknown, the Suzaku crystal that kept Milites at bay at Rubrum shatters, leaving the nation vulnerable to attack and is forced to surrender to the superior nation. However, still possessing the powers the crystals gave them, the students of Class Zero refuse to surrender and proceed to fight back. (Source: Wikipedia)
